I have enjoyed origami since a young age. I only make a few things frequently. Butterflies, iris (as pictured), cranes and hearts with a two dollar bill. Folding is fun, it is amazing to take something that is flat and turn it into something with dimension. I actually created these irises for my husband as a Valentine’s Day present many years ago when we first dating.
