I have been thinking about how it is important for me to get back to being more active as an artist, I am feeling my self coming out of my slump. Of course I don’t have time to do some of the grand things that I would like to do but I do have time to do some smaller things. Here are some simple and some more complicated things I want to do to promote myself more as an artist and be more active artistically.

Actively add things to both Zatista and Etsy weekly

Actively blog and visit blogs and comment

Actively promote and connect on: Flickr, Facebook, and Twitter

Make new business cards

Print a new portfolio book for my x-ray series

Print a portfolio book for my illustrations

Print a portfolio book for my photography

Actively submit to places: galleries, contests, juried shows, book publishers, magazines etc…

Start to connect with other professional artists

Teach an Artist Workshop

Co-Teach an Artist/Writer Creativity class online

Create a new line of mini watercolor and pen drawings

Create a line of mini oil paintings

Make some ATC cards and have a workshop and trading day at a local community center
